Here are action items to do within your first 48-72 hours as a brand new Consultant!

I will be calling you to schedule your Personal Business Set Up phone call. During this 30-minute call, I will help you get off to a STRONG and SUCCESSFUL start.

 

Before our call, I am requesting that you complete Steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 to facilitate our call.

2. Call and listen to Getting Started – Stocking Your Store (Inventory Options).   Dial 641-715-3900 & code 229848#.    Click here for your “Stocking Your Store” Handout to use will listening to 30 minute recorded call.   You will want to have your completed Inventory Decision Worksheet along with the Inventory Options Worksheet and Ready Set, Sell brochure available to use during call.

3. Fill out your Dream Sheet - Click Here to Submit it Online! I want to get to know you and what you are wanting from your Mary Kay business. This information will help me be a great coach for you.

 

4. Begin making your contact list of everyone you know (see page 11 of Start Something Beautiful Magazine that is in your Starter Kit or Click Here for the “But Who Would I Sell To” brainstorming sheet and Click Here for a blank Contact List that you can fill in). 

As you are creating your list, put a star out beside the people who you think would like to:

  • Have on your team and be your power partner
  • Earn extra money
  • Receive recognition and prizes for a job well done
  • Have flexibility and freedom to create their dream job and schedule

After you have listened to both Getting Started Calls, filled out your Dream Sheet and started making your Contact list we will have your Business Set-Up Call.

 

10 STEPS TO CREATE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS!

 

1. Make a Product Decision—After you listen to the Getting Started Inventory call and/or watched the video, I will answer any questions you may have so you can determine the best way for you to stock your store depending on how you want to run your business!

2. Begin working through the Million $ Checklist. It contains “step-by-step” instructions to your success. Please follow the Million $ Checklist for the strongest results in your first 30 days. If you want success fast, stick to the Checklist. If you ever feel overwhelmed, go back to the Checklist. Regardless of any other information you receive, STAY WITH THIS CHECKLIST! You may want to keep it handy so we can talk about it over the phone. Your success is very important to me!

 

3. Select the prizes and goals you are wanting to achieve in your first 30 days!


4. Attend MK101 New Consultant MK101 Class (one session).  You can attend one of two ways:

  •  In person:  Held on Wednesdays @ 5:15-6:15 pm at the The Success Studio (431 Wolfe Rd., Ste. 201, San Antonio, TX 78216 
  • Recorded Conference Call:   Dial 712-432-1202 and enter Access Code: 234664# to listen to call

5. Attend your Weekly Success Meeting If you live in San Antonio area, it is held every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 pm at The Success Studio, 431 Wolfe Rd., Ste. 201, San Antonio, TX 78216. Be sure to bring guests with you each week to receive a free Mary Kay facial so you can earn while you learn. You will want to dress for success by wearing a skirt or dress. 6. Attend MK202 New Consultant MK101 Class (8 rotating classes) held on Wednesday. Either in person at the Success Studios from 7:00-7:50 pm CST or call in for Live Conference Call.
